Benny & Co.
Benny and Co. Coaching, LLC (“Benny and Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides online fitness and habit coaching through our mobile app and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Benny and Co. is an invite-only coaching service — you can only create an account if your coach sends you an invitation. This policy covers that account and everything you do inside the app.
Account information.Name, email address, and time zone, collected when your coach creates your account or you complete your profile.
Health and fitness data.
Photos.Progress photos you submit (front/back/side poses) and your profile picture, stored privately — visible only to you and your coach.
Messages.Text messages, and video you send your coach (for example, a form-check video of a lift), stored in your private message thread with your coach.
Reflections and check-ins.Weekly written reflections, non-scale wins, and a weekly screenshot of your MacroFactor expenditure summary, if you choose to submit one.
Scheduling.If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name and email directly — see Calendly’s own privacy policy. We keep a record of when your check-in calls are due and, if stamped by your coach, when they’re scheduled.
Device and usage information.A device push-notification token (if you enable notifications), and basic app usage needed to keep the Service working (e.g., error logs).
We do not collect: payment card details (handled directly by Stripe, when payments are live — we never see or store your card number), your exact location, or contacts from your device.
We use your information to:
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not currently run ad tracking or third-party ad pixels in the app. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Benny and Co. or others, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g., a merger or sale of the business), in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information under the new owner.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, so your coach can track your progress over time.
You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. This is irreversible: it removes your profile, habit and workout logs, photos, messages, measurements, and every other record tied to your account, along with the files themselves (photos, message attachments, uploaded screenshots).
If you’d rather request deletion by email instead of using the in-app option, contact us at coach@bennyandco.fit and we’ll process it promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is no “opt-out of sale” needed.

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, private storage buckets) to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your information is stored on servers operated by our infrastructure providers (primarily Supabase), located in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and for material changes, we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify you directly (e.g., in-app or by email).
