Your next move

You have your protein number. Here is what comes next.

A number only helps when you know what to do with it. Start with one repeatable action. Then build the rest from what your real life and your data can hold.

Protein and steps build the base. Lift and Fuel come next when your coach decides each one belongs.

Use your number

Put protein first at three meals this week.

Your calculator result is a starting target, not a test. Use it to make the next meal easier to build.

Put protein first at three meals. Choose it before you build the rest of the plate.

Aim for your number most days. Your floor is there when the full number is too much right now.

Leave everything else alone. This week is not a full-life overhaul.

Miss a meal? Start again at the next one. Never miss twice.

Foundation first. Precision later.

Why this works

Most plans give you everything at once.

More rules do not create more consistency. They create more places to fall behind.

Build the Base starts with what your real life can hold. Protein and steps come first. Lift and Fuel are added when your data says each one belongs. Nothing advances automatically because a calendar says it should.

The method is simple. Do fewer things. Repeat them long enough to learn from them. Adjust from evidence.

The complete method

Focus Four for how you live.

01

Protein

Put it first.

Your target comes from your height and starting data, not a fantasy goal weight. Start by adding protein to meals before changing everything else.

02

Steps

Build from your baseline.

Your first target comes from how much you already walk. A walk after lunch counts. The target moves when the current one becomes repeatable.

03

Lift

Six patterns. That is it.

The Strong Six covers squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, and rotate. Your program fits your schedule, equipment, and starting point. Lift is added when your coach decides you are ready.

04

Fuel

Use precision when it helps.

Fuel is added when your coach decides a precise eating target will help. You work from a green range, and the weekly pattern matters more than one imperfect day.

Coach-led

The method grows from a base.

TWO THREE FOUR

Protein and steps create the base. Lift and Fuel are independent next steps. Either can be added when your coach sees that it belongs. The point is not to race toward all four. The point is to build a plan you can repeat. Consistency is the standard.

What coaching adds

Knowing the four habits is not the same as knowing what to do next.

The list is easy. The decisions are the coaching.

I set the targets. Your numbers come from your baseline, schedule, and starting point.

I decide when they move. We push, hold, or scale back from the pattern in your data.

I build the Lift plan. You get the Strong Six in a program that fits your time and equipment.

I catch the wobble. One rough day is information. I step in before it becomes another restart.

You do not need another list. You need someone deciding what matters now.

When you're ready

You have the first number. Build the Base gives you the whole plan.

Over ninety days, I set your targets, build your Lift program, watch the pattern, and decide what comes next. You bring honest check-ins. I bring the plan.
